Tee It Up & More Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1 The Facility is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable indoor golfing experience. While we strive to maintain the highest standards, participation in activities at the Facility involves inherent risks.

1.2 These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the Facility and the user. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding your use of the Facility.

1.3 The Facility reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

2.1 You acknowledge and accept that participation in golfing or related activities at the Facility may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

2.2 You understand that these risks may arise from the actions or inactions of yourself, other participants, Facility staff, or equipment failure.

2.3 By entering the Facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your activities and agree that TeeItUp&More is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained.

3. Release of Liability

3.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless TeeItUp&More, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the Facility.

3.2 This release includes claims based on ordinary negligence but does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Facility.

4. Rules and Conduct

4.1 All users must adhere to Facility rules, posted guidelines, and instructions provided by staff.

4.2 Misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the Facility.

4.3 You agree to be financially responsible for any damages caused by your actions or negligence.

5. Medical Authorization

5.1 In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you authorize Facility staff to seek medical assistance on your behalf if you are unable to do so.

5.2 TeeItUp&More assumes no responsibility for medical treatment or costs arising from injuries sustained at the Facility.

6. Media and Privacy

6.1 By entering the Facility, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, you must notify TeeItUp&More in writing before participating.

6.2 The Facility respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Indemnification

7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeeItUp&More and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from your actions, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms of Service.

7.2 This indemnification obligation extends to claims brought by third parties as a result of your conduct.

8. No Warranties

9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

10. Additional Provisions

10.1 TeeItUp&More reserves the right to deny access to the Facility to any individual at its sole discretion.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Your participation at the Facility constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to abide by these Terms of Service.
